Rolling Wireless is ISO 9001:2015, ISO 26262, and Automotive SPICE® (A-SPICE) Capability Level 3 certified. We have also completed the TISAX (Trusted Information Security Assessment Exchange) assessment. The next target is ISO 21434 certification for cybersecurity risk management.
The scope of our ISO 9001:2015 certificate is the design, development, support, and fabless manufacture of wireless communications for the automotive market. Under the previous brands Sierra Wireless and Wavecom, the company has held ISO 9001 certificates since 2006. All locations worldwide work according to one common process framework.

Developed by the German trade association for the automotive industry and German automotive OEMs, VDA 6.3 defines a process-based audit standard for evaluating and improving controls in a manufacturing organisation’s processes. Flex has been VDA 6.3 certified since 2016.
