Rolling Wireless is an international company with 20+ years of experience in developing cellular modems and software for the automotive market. We are worldwide the largest 2nd Tier supplier of cellular modems to the automotive industry.

Position / Assignment Purpose


The role is crucial in maintaining Rolling Wireless's existing ISO 9001 certification and spearheading the adoption of the ISO 14001 Management System. This position contributes to the company's goals by driving quality and environmental initiatives, promoting continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.    


Key Accountabilities / Statement of Work


  • Leading the creation of processes and procedures, or developing existing ones, so as to comply with the requirements of the ISO14001 standard, while maintaining compliance with the standards already implemented within the company
  • Develop the management systems and contribute to process adherence across Rolling Wireless thereby ensuring the conformity to existing standards (ISO9001) and conformity to new standards (ISO 14001)
  • Promote the company’s efficiency through the application of the QMS and support Quality initiatives across the company
  • Promote quality and minimize the company’s environmental impact in order to foster a dynamic of continuous improvement in the search of excellence, performance and robustness
  • Recommend appropriate quality and environmental standards or initiatives to which Rolling Wireless should comply
  • Assist with establishing and communicating annual Quality and Environmental goals as needed
  • Manage the regulatory aspects linked to the PCOEM business like RoHS, Conflict Minerals (CMRT + EMRT), Halogen free and other as applicable

Integrate internal audit team:

  • Support establishment and maintenance of internal auditors' team
  • Support execution of annual internal audit program
  • Manage non-conformances and observations to successful conclusion
  • Support external audit programs
  • Support establishment and maintenance of working relationship with third-party audit service provider
  • Support execution of certification, follow-ups and recertification audits as applies
  • Manage non-conformances and observations to successful conclusion    


Required Education


  • Excellent communication and collaboration with team, clear and logical thinking, hardworking and methodic
  • Fluent English is a must 
  • Quality and Environmental mindset
  • In-depth knowledge of ISO 14001 standards
  • More than 3 years’ experience on Quality Management Systems
  • More than 3 years on ISO 14001
  • Knowledge of environmental regulations would be a plus
  • Desired Education, Experience and Competencies (optional)
  • Automotive industry-specific experience would be a plus
  • Certifications as an ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 internal auditor is highly desirable
