Marketing Communication Manager

Rolling Wireless is an international company with 20+ years of experience in developing cellular modems and software for the automotive market. We are worldwide the largest 2nd Tier supplier of cellular modems to the automotive industry.

Position / Assignment Purpose

We are seeking an experienced, versatile, and autonomous Marketing Communication Manager to join our team.

As the sole MarCom professional in the company, you will be in charge of shaping and executing our marketing communications strategy, handling everything from strategic initiatives to hands-on tasks.

Rolling Wireless is a highly technical company, and the successful candidate will either have prior experience in a related industry or demonstrate a strong curiosity and willingness to learn.

This role is ideal for a resourceful and detail-oriented individual who enjoys a mix of creative and operational work.

Key Accountabilities / Statement of Work

Branding & Messaging: 

  • Ensure a consistent and cohesive brand image across all channels and materials.
  • Act as the guardian of brand guidelines, refining messaging and visuals as needed in collaboration with a creative design agency.
  • Assist colleagues across the company with PowerPoint presentation design.
  • Ensure that external product documentation follows the company’s brand guidelines and language quality standards.

Content Creation:

  • Maintain and develop the company website (supported by a web agency)
  • Manage the company’s social media presence, with a focus on LinkedIn
  • Write and publish a quarterly newsletter

Analyst & Media Relations:

  • Develop and manage relationships with industry analysts.
  • Handle public relations efforts, including writing press releases and managing media relations.

Event Management:

  • Plan and organize Rolling Wireless’ presence at global industry events (1–3 annually)

Cross-Functional Support:

  • Manage and qualify inbound leads, ensuring timely responses and routing qualified prospects to the sales team
  • Provide support to other departments as needed, particularly sales and product teams

Required Experience
5+ years in marketing communications, preferably in a B2B environment.
Required Skills and Competencies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (native-level English is mandatory)
  • Proficiency in website management tools, design software and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn
  • PowerPoint expertise and a taste for presentation design is a big plus
  • Video creation skills is also a big plus
  • Interest and curiosity for IoT (Internet of Things) technologies in general and innovation in the automotive industry in particular, especially autonomous and connected cars
